Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: All Swell Surf Retail Store - San Clemente, CA
Job Type: Part-Time (15-25 hours a week)
Start Date: October 4th, 2024
Pay: $16-$20/hr / Hourly pay + major shop discounts (because you deserve to look as cool as the customers)
Hours:
- Weekdays: evening shifts ending at 6 PM
- Weekends: Morning and afternoon shifts ending at 8 PM (because the surf never sleeps)
Job Summary:
Ready to hang ten with us? We’re on the lookout for energetic, friendly Sales Associates to join our all-girls surf brand! Not only will you help customers find the perfect gear to catch waves, but you’ll also be shipping online orders (because surf style goes beyond the beach). If sandy toes and salty hair is your vibe—this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers like they’re your surf buddies
- Share your product knowledge and assist with store operations
- Handle transactions, restock, and ship online orders
- Assist with special events
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience
- Knowledge of surfing? Great, but not required—positive vibes are mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make customers feel at home
