Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: All Swell Surf Retail Store - San Clemente, CA
Job Type: Part-Time (6-10 hours/per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $16-$18/hr / Hourly pay
Hours: Sunday shifts only
Job Summary:
We're hiring for Sundays! This once-a-week role is easy to fit around school, family, or other work.
We’re on the lookout for energetic, friendly Sales Associates to join our all-girls surf brand! Not only will you help customers find the perfect gear to catch waves, but you’ll also be shipping online orders (because surf style goes beyond the beach). If sandy toes and salty hair is your vibe—this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers like they’re your surf buddies
- Share your product knowledge and assist with store operations
- Handle transactions, restock, and ship online orders
- Assist with special events
Requirements:
- Prior retail not required
- Flexible schedule
- Naturally motivated and thrives on taking action
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make customers feel at home
